How I can help

A personalised approach, shaped around you

Are you feeling stuck or anxious? Does work or home life feel overwhelming? Therapy can offer a space to talk openly and honestly about the problems you’re facing, helping you organise your thoughts and find clarity. We can explore the patterns that no longer serve you and work to rewrite negative thoughts that hold you back.

Identifying the patterns and reasons behind your thoughts, emotions and behaviours can help you understand yourself and the way you think and feel, and develop coping strategies that genuinely work for you.

Learning more about who you are isn’t always easy, but it opens the door to real insight and acceptance.

I offer a calm, confidential space where you can talk openly and honestly about whatever is on your mind. Our work together is held with care and respect, creating space to explore what matters to you.

My integrative training allows flexibility and adaptability, combining elements from multiple psychological theories to create an individual and personalised counselling service with a focus on you and your unique life experience. I tailor each counselling session to your individual needs.

I offer 50-minute sessions on a weekly or fortnightly basis, whichever best suits you and your needs. If you’re ready to take that first step, I’d be glad to hear from you.

I work from therapy rooms in Farnham and Basingstoke, and see clients from surrounding areas, including Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey.

Alongside face-to-face counselling, I also offer remote sessions online.

Online clients can be based anywhere in the UK.

What happens next

01

Get in touch

Once you've completed the contact form, I'll be in touch to arrange a free 20-minute phone call to discuss your needs and see if we're a suitable match to work together.

02

Your first session

We'll go through the working agreement and contract, and I'll explain my commitment to confidentiality and data protection. The working agreement is signed before we begin therapy.

03

Ongoing sessions

Typically, sessions are held at the same time and place each week, as therapeutic work benefits from regular, consistent sessions. There's no set number of sessions, and we'll review our work together as we go.
